Detailed description of Beacon Lakes Golf Club
Beacon Lakes Golf Club, is a Public, 18 hole golf course located in Dickinson, Texas.
Beacon Lakes is "The World's Longest Lighted Golf Course." It is 6,777 yards long. You can play traditional day golf or play golf at night under the lights. Your choice. Par 72.

Good course. But long for me, Ernest Adams.

Apparently, they had someone come in and screw up the greens. But they didn't tell us that until afterwards and forgot to tell us about a temporary green. Fairways were terrible, one teebox looked worse than the range, and the greens were impossible to actually putt on. It was hit and hope to the worst degree.

The greens were in horrible shape. I won't be back this year! Which is a shame because I've played there a lot in the past and I've never seen the greens like they are now.
